In this Senior Business Analyst role, you independently manage end-to-end BA workstreams, tackling complex problems amid ambiguity. You’ll apply deep domain and tech understanding to translate requirements into strategic implementations, acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams. You’ll mentor junior analysts and shape team processes within the Community of Practice, driving value through well-designed solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead end-to-end BA workstreams with minimal guidance and adapt standard frameworks
- Mentor junior/intermediate BAs and help shape team practices
- Facilitate workshops,
manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts
- Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and roadmaps
- Analyze business problems, perform domain research, and perform root cause analysis
- Evaluate solution impacts across multiple products/environments and ensure business value
Responsabilidades xugodme
- 5+ years of Business Analysis/Consultancy experience
- 3+ years in life sciences/pharma or related function
- Experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams
- Proven ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans
- Strong grasp of requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability
