We are looking for a motivated SAP MDG Operations Consultant (m/f/d) to support the ongoing operations and continuous improvement of our Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions within our Global IT Shared Service Center in Madrid.

In this role, you will work closely with the business Master Data Management (MDM) operations team to ensure the efficient, high-quality, and compliant execution of master data processes across key domains such as Business Partners and Materials. You will act as the interface between business users and IT, supporting day-to-day MDG operations, resolving issues, and ensuring that data governance processes are consistently applied and optimized.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale S/4HANA transformation environment and play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards across Liebherr’s global operations.





The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site on a weekly basis.

- Support the day-to-day operations of SAP MDG, ensuring smooth execution of master data processes and workflows.
- Act as the interface between business MDM teams and IT, supporting users and resolving operational issues.
- Monitor and manage MDG workflows and change requests, ensuring timely processing and high data quality.
- Analyze and resolve data and system issues, coordinating with technical teams when needed.
- Support business users in data creation, maintenance, and governance processes, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDG processes, enhancing efficiency and usability.
