Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Substitute Teacher, you will supervise the children at the Center and provide a program that meets their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs, in accordance with the mission of Mercy Employee Child Care Center.

Every day you will plan and conduct engaging activities, ensure a safe and nurturing environment, and adapt to the needs of each child under your care, upholding the Center's educational philosophy.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong early childhood education skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to effectively manage a classroom and foster positive child development.
