What is the role?

Change Manager responsible for supporting the Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay) rollout, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, resistance management, Go-Live and Hypercare.

The role is not primarily technical; it is focused on ensuring that business teams successfully adopt the new Coupa processes and system.

Main Tasks

Develop and maintain the Change Management Strategy and Change Plan.

Create and execute the Communication Plan.

Develop and coordinate Training Plans and track completion.

Manage stakeholders, both general and local.

Assess business readiness and manage resistance/issues.

Support Go-Live and Hypercare.

Track project actions, deliverables and deadlines across 3 countries.

Adapt communications/training materials to local requirements.

Support the French rollout, including translations and works council requirements.
