In this role you will lead digital asset management and technology-enabled program delivery across the full infrastructure lifecycle. You will combine asset management expertise with AI and advanced analytics to improve performance, resilience, and whole-life value. You will work across bid development, design, construction, handover, and operations to drive transformation and measurable outcomes.

This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position within Ferrovial’s corporate-organization ecosystem, contributing to sustainable growth and innovative infrastructure solutions.

- Lead digital asset management and transformation initiatives on major projects and assets
- Apply end-to-end lifecycle knowledge from bids to operations
- Develop strategies to improve asset performance, resilience, sustainability, and risk management
- Support business development through demand analytics and business case development
- Embed asset information and handover requirements into design and construction




- Deliver complex programs with scope, schedule, budget, risks, and benefits realization
- Promote AI, analytics, digital twins, predictive modelling, and data-driven decision-making
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for innovation
- Prepare executive reports, business cases, and client-facing presentations

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Infrastructure Management, or related discipline
- Experience across the infrastructure lifecycle (bids through operations) xugodme
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, ISO 55001 preferred
- Experience delivering digital transformation, analytics, AI, or tech-enabled improvements
- Strong program and project management capabilities with multiple workstreams
- Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
