- Lead design, implementation, and support of Digital Workplace solutions using M365 and modern digital technologies
- Act as SME for digital workplace technologies,



providing guidance and technical consultancy to users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms to enhance productivity
- Manage and optimize M365 environments for security, scalability, and reliability
- Identify and address potential issues proactively to maintain system integrity
- Leverage AI to enhance digital workplace solutions and user experience
- Analyze data with AI to optimize workplace performance
- Explore and xugodme integrate AI capabilities in collaboration tools
- Handle 3rd level business critical incidents and requests, with escalation management

Responsabilidades

- Certified M365 with hands-on experience managing M365 environments
- More than 8 years of system administration experience on email and cloud services
- Fluent English
