Tenth Revolution Group , we are currently looking for a

Junior IT Support Technician

to join a project with one of our clients, a company specializing in

IT infrastructure, systems support, and technology solutions for Point of Sale (POS) and Self-Checkout environments

used by organizations within the retail sector.

This role is adecuado for a junior IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in Support and Infrastructure while following a clear career path toward

Systems Administration .

Responsibilities Manage and resolve incidents using ticketing systems. Provide technical support to end users. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and workstations. Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT systems. Monitor systems and support operational activities. Work with Linux environments (primarily CentOS and Red Hat). Follow security and maintenance procedures. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service continuity.

Requirements IT-related education (ASIR, SMR, IT Vocational Training, Bootcamp, or similar). Approximately

6 to 18 months of experience

in IT Support, Helpdesk,



Service Desk, or Systems Support. Basic Linux knowledge. Familiarity with ticketing tools. English level B1/B2. Spanish C/C2 Strong interest in developing a career in Systems Administration and Infrastructure.

Nice to Have Active Directory Microsoft 365 Windows Server DNS, DHCP, VPN Virtualization technologies Previous onsite or remote support experience
