Opportunity – AI Tech Lead

We are looking for an AI Tech Lead to help drive the design, architecture, and delivery of end-to-end artificial intelligence solutions in cloud environments.

About the role

As an AI Tech Lead, you will lead and coordinate a cross-functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers, ensuring technical alignment, high architectural standards, and seamless delivery. You will act as the key technical bridge between your team, data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders while pushing the boundaries of Generative AI.

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience leading AI engineering squads and mentoring technical talent.

• Expertise in designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud-based AI architectures on Azure (Azure OpenAI,



Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, App Services).

• Strong hands-on integration skills with RAG architectures, LLMs, and modern AI capabilities (Speech-to-Text, Computer Vision, or IDP are strong pluses).

• Deep knowledge of technical best practices, code reviews, observability, and high-availability AI system deployments.

• Ability to translate market trends in Generative AI and prompt engineering into actionable product features.
