About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead national sales performance, developing and executing strategies that drive sustainable revenue and market share growth across Australia.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement national sales strategy aligned with objectives
Lead, coach,



and motivate multi-state sales teams to targets
Build key account relationships and lead major contract negotiations
Manage national sales pipeline and review performance for conversions
Monitor market trends and research new product opportunities
Report forecasts to management, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel nationally

About You
The successful candidate will have:

7+ years of sales experience, including senior national leadership roles
Experience within industrial workwear, hospitality uniforms, fire-resistant uniforms, or related B2B markets
Proven success leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams and exceeding targets consistently
Strong track record managing major accounts and complex negotiations

You will also have:

Strong strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and people management skills
Sound knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, CRM, and performance ma
