- Minimum of 1-3 years of physical warehousing experience, preferably in a fast-paced parts distribution center (e.g., automotive, construction machinery, or 3PL logistics).
- 3、Professional Skills & Knowledge
- Material Handling: Valid Forklift Operator License (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck) is strictly mandatory.
- System Usage: Basic familiarity with using handheld RF scanners, barcode systems, and basic WMS interfaces.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy components (within legal ergonomic limits), standing, and moving quickly for extended periods.
- Efficiency Mindset: Highly organized with a proven ability to work efficiently and hit numeric productivity targets (lines/hour).
- 4、Language Proficiency
- Mandatory:



Fluent proficiency in the local language of the warehouse location.
- Preferred: Basic English understanding (e.g., ability to read English part descriptions or system prompts) is a plus, but not required.
