Who you are

- Mandatory: ability to sign an internship agreement with an University or Business school for a minimum period of 4 months and 40 hours per week

- Education: studies related to accounting and finance (Higher Degree or University Education)

- Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas

- Mandatory: advanced level of Spanish and advanced level of English

What the job involves

- Our finance team is growing, and we are currently looking for an intern to help in the accounts payable & receivable area

- Conciliation of bank movements with open transactions in ERP

- Accounting of supplier invoices in ERP - OPEX and CAPEX

- Participates in Treasury Committee process, suporting subsidiaries

- Prepares receipt and reconciliation of customer invoices and receipts

- Participate in refunds to customers process

- Supports in cash reconciliation from the Cooltra shops

- Management of bank remittances and bank rejections

- Collaborates on administrative management of bank accounts
