- Shopfloor Integrations
- Ensure alignment with global template approach and enterprise architecture
- Drive the transition from legacy solutions to a future-ready S/4HANA-aligned architecture
- Leadership & Organizational Development

- Lead a global,



distributed team of SAP experts across Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Provide direction, coaching, and structure to team leads and senior consultants
- Further evolve the organization towards a globally aligned functional model
- Build capabilities required for S/4HANA and future innovation topics
- Business Partnership

- Act as trusted advisor to general Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations leadership
- Translate business strategy into scalable, standardized SAP solutions
- Challenge and improve legacy processes, driving process excellence and simplification

Your Profile

-
- 12+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing / supply chain environments
- Strong expertise in at least two of the following:

- SAP PP / PP-PI (must)
- SAP WM / EWM (preferred)
- SAP QM
- SAP MM
- Proven experience in leading global teams and large-scale SAP programs
- Good understanding of ABAP and debugging capabilities, with the ability to guide technical
