You will keep the technical equipment and systems in good working order and, as a professional, ensure that everything runs smoothly and properly in the technical and maintenance department.

You should bring the following with you:
Completed training in a technical field (e.g. heating, ventilation, plumbing or electrical engineering)
Management experience
Experience in building management
Good knowledgeof PCsandMS Office
