Your primary mission will be to lead the design execution, planning and delivery of office refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple locations, ensuring optimized space utilization, regulatory compliance, budget control and alignment with corporate strategy.
Space Planning and Project Management:
End-to-end management of projects across multiple locations (from concept to delivery).
Design and planning of corporate spaces tailored to local needs.
Project Management and Execution:
Cost and timeline control, ensuring deadlines and budget compliance.




Site supervision and validation of corporate standards.
Risk management and issue resolution throughout projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Engineering or a related field.
~ Project Management certification is a plus.
~3-5 years of experience in managing office, retail or corporate space projects. Experience in structured corporate environments is a plus.
~ Proven experience in space planning, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
~ Experience managing multi-site projects is highly desirable.
~ Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD or similar is a plus.
~ Experience in budget management and project scheduling.
~ Site supervision and construction management experience.
~ Fluent English (minimum B2/C1), both written and spoken.
~ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Results-driven mindset with a focus on deadlines, cost control and quality.

Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
