Desde Attitude & Hiring buscamos un/a Senior Project Engineer para incorporarse a una industrial.

Responsabilidades

- Planificar y ejecutar proyectos de capital (CAPEX) desde el diseño conceptual hasta la puesta en marcha.
- Aplicar early management tools para garantizar adherencia a requisitos, presupuesto y calendario.
- Liderar design reviews con todas las funciones, integrando hygienic design y seguridad alimentaria.
- Gestionar FAT/SAT, RFPs/RFQs y adherencia de proveedores a estándares.
- Apoyar la metodología Vertical Startup (VSU) desde las fases tempranas del proyecto.
- Liderar equipos multifuncionales e influir sobre stakeholders en múltiples workstreams.

Requisitos

- Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Química o de Procesos.
- Experiencia senior en proyectos CAPEX en food, beverage o farmacéutico.
- Dominio técnico transversal (mecánica, eléctrica, procesos, automatización).
- Hygienic design, EHEDG, HACCP, FAT/SAT, PFMEA.
- Español e inglés fluidos.

Condiciones

- Contrato indefinido.
- Salario entre según experiencia.
