Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our software. We're hiring a dynamic and motivated professional to join the Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Technical Product Management team to help shape our long-term strategy for user experience and automation. As well as championing the product to internal and external stakeholders and communicating the benefits of Simcenter STAR-CCM+ in a range of different settings, you'll also be excited by working closely with development teams to shape new and innovative solutions to expand the scope of the software. If you have an in-depth knowledge of user experience and automation and its usage to drive engineer innovation through simulations is required, as well as computational fluid dynamics (CFD) experience then we'd love to hear from you!
Working closely with customer support,



business development teams and customers to identify users’ and market requirements and to understand how user experience and automation can accelerate the users’ engineering innovation
Collaborating with development teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features to maximize the impact and value for future production releases
MSc or PhD in engineering or relevant discipline with proven industrial experience either using simulation or working in a software environment.
In-depth knowledge and experience of industrial CFD and user experience
Understanding of SaaS and Cloud technologies is an advantage
CAD and other CAE software experience is an advantage
Excellent communications skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds.
The role is global, it requires the ability to travel internationally (20%) and to work with distributed teams.
