In this role you will provide strategic leadership for engineering and capital project execution across international operations.
Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will help shape engineering priorities, support investment decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
Functions:
Lead strategic engineering and EPC projects across international operations, ensuring delivery excellence.
Contribute to the company's engineering vision and long-term project roadmap, aligning engineering priorities with business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Management Committee and senior stakeholders on engineering, project execution, and CAPEX-related matters.
Drive CAPEX planning and execution, ensuring effective investment and resource allocation.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration,



accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
~ Degree in Engineering.
~15+ years of experience leading engineering and EPC projects in industrial, mining, or related environments.
~ Proven track record delivering complex international projects and leading multicultural teams.
~ Strong experience in CAPEX planning, investment management, and project governance.
~ Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic business decisions.
~ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish.
~ Availability for international travel.
