In this role you will provide strategic leadership for engineering and capital project execution across international operations.

Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will help shape engineering priorities, support investment decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.

Functions:

- Lead strategic engineering and EPC projects across international operations, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Contribute to the company's engineering vision and long-term project roadmap, aligning engineering priorities with business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Management Committee and senior stakeholders on engineering, project execution, and CAPEX-related matters.
- Drive CAPEX planning and execution, ensuring effective investment and resource allocation.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration,



accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience leading engineering and EPC projects in industrial, mining, or related environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex international projects and leading multicultural teams.
- Strong experience in CAPEX planning, investment management, and project governance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Availability for international travel.
