The MIS (Management Information System)implementation Specialist is responsible forthestrategic oversight, implementation, and day-to-day management of the group’s MIS“iSAMS”including its integration with third-party software, across the region. This role ensures that all systems and data areaccurate, reliable, and aligned with academic, administrative, and regulatory requirements. The MISSpecialistcollaborates with school-baseddata manager andIT staff to deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience for teachers, administrators, and leadership teams. The idóneo candidate will also provide multilingual support, ensuring effective management andassistanceacross schools with diverse language needs.
Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the MIS across assigned schools, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of student, academic, and administrative modules.
Implementation & Projects
Support & Training
Providesecond-line support for MIS-related issues escalated by school staff.
Develop and deliver training and documentation to ensure end users are confident and self-sufficient in using the MIS.
Data Management & Reporting




Assistschools in generating reports for internal use, regulatory compliance, and performance tracking.
Provide guidance and direction to local school IT or MIS coordinators.
Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and reporting within an educational context.
Fluency in Portuguese and English isrequired; Spanish is highly valued.
Bachelor’sdegree inInformationSystems, Computer Science, Education Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
