Position Details

Role: German Customer Support Specialist – Banking Sector

Location: Madrid

Start Date: 16/09

Contract Structure

- 3-month temporary contract (initial phase)

- Permanent contract based on performance

Salary Package – Madrid
- €22,800 gross/year
- €1,200 annual performance bonus

Your Responsibilities

As part of the German banking support team, you will:

- Support customers via phone, email, and chat

- Handle banking-related inquiries and front desk incidents

- Deliver fast, accurate,



and customer-oriented solutions

- Maintain high service quality standards

- Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues

- Provide professional support to German-speaking clients

Training & Working Hours

Initial Training

Starts: 16/09

First 5 weeks

- 09:00 – 15:00 (initial schedule)

- Gradual increase up to 35h/week

From Week 6 onwards
- Full-time: 39h/week

Available Shifts (Madrid Only)
- Morning: 07:00 – 16:00

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

- Are native German speakers (mandatory)

- Have Spanish level B2 or higher

- Are confident in customer communication

- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Have strong empathy and problem-solving skills

- Are available to start on 18/05/2026

- Have experience in customer service or banking (a plus, not required)

Recruitment Process
- Record a 2-minute video introduction in German

- 175-word handwritten German test during interview

- Final review by German banking recruitment manager
