German + Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent

Salary: €22,800 gross/year + €1,200 annual SRV bonus

Schedule: Shifts between 07:00–16:00, 8-hour shifts

About the Role

We are looking for German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a customer support team in Madrid. You will provide professional assistance to customers while using your fluent German and Spanish communication skills.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide customer support and assistance
- Communicate with customers in German and Spanish
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow the required processes and procedures

Requirements

- Fluent German
- Fluent Spanish
- Strong communication skills




- Customer-oriented and professional approach
- Availability to work on-site in Madrid
- Flexibility to work shifts

Training

Training is mandatory and will take place:
- First 3 weeks: 09:00–15:00
- Following period: 09:00–16:00
- Final week: 09:00–17:00
