In this role you will act as the global technical reference for LPDC and GDC casting processes and define/validate industrial methods for new aluminum parts. You will support global sites and suppliers to meet QCD targets, develop process standards, and lead root-cause analysis of defects. You will drive LPDC/GDC innovation projects and collaborate with design engineering to ensure product-process compatibility.

Based in Valladolid, you join a collaborative, international team tackling advanced casting challenges to advance our powertrain ambitions.

Responsabilidades

- Proven track record in LPDC and GDC aluminum xugodme casting processes and industrialization of new parts
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial)
- Excellent skills in defect analysis and process optimization
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and its transformation goals
- Excellent command of English; French valued
