We’re looking for a senior Brand & PR leader with exceptional taste, strategic and commercial instinct, and a genuine passion for fashion, the children’s universe and storytelling.

Someone who can understand what makes Cozmo distinctive, spot opportunities within the brand and turn them into ideas that resonate beyond it — through storytelling, content, PR,

collaborations and memorable brand experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead Cozmo’s brand strategy, expression and storytelling, ensuring a distinctive and consistent point of view across every touchpoint.
- Work closely with Product and the wider team from the early stages, bringing a brand and storytelling perspective that helps turn ideas, collections and launches into meaningful brand moments.
- Build a strong editorial and content vision around our collections, products, people, processes and point of view.
- Lead PR, collaborations, partnerships and brand activations.
- Build meaningful relationships with editors, stylists, creators, brands and industry partners.
- Partner with E-commerce & Performance to connect brand, customer experience and commercial objectives.




- Protect the details — from a campaign or website to packaging, a label, a photograph or a single word.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

- Has strong experience in fashion and a genuine understanding of the children’s sector and the world of children and families — through professional experience, personal experience as a parent, or ideally both.
- Combines strategic brand thinking with exceptional storytelling instincts.
- Has refined, contemporary taste and strong judgment — someone who understands culture and fashion without simply chasing trends.
- Knows how to turn a brand universe into ideas and stories worth sharing, and understands how those stories live across content, PR, social, creators and digital.
- Is highly organized, rigorous and exceptionally detail-oriented.
- Understands e-commerce and the commercial side of building a brand.
- And is genuinely great with people: an excellent communicator, natural networker and positive force who creates relationships and makes things happen.
