In this role you will lead Eurofins’ expansive field network across Europe, shaping the field services strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery. You’ll drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while aligning cross-country operations with regulatory expectations. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance of a large field and lab network, enabling innovation and performance across markets.

You will report to the Head of Agroscience Services Europe and shape the organization’s European field footprint.

Responsabilidades

- MSc in Agriculture
- u003e10 years of experience leading teams and managing full Pu0026L
- commercial skills and customer xugodme experience in agricultural services
- fluent English (spoken and written)
- intercultural competence and international network experience
- transparent, inclusive leadership style with strong interpersonal skills
- ability to navigate complex environments and challenge the status quo
- willingness to travel 40-60% (2-3 days/week)
- experience in the seed business is advantageous
- based near one of the sites
