In this IT Engineer role, you will deliver hands-on IT support across Spain and the EU, resolving incidents and enabling employees to work effectively. You’ll evaluate new technologies, configure hardware, and maintain IT assets in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You’ll build vendor relationships, manage devices, and support hosted IT applications to ensure smooth operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Provide timely IT support to internal clients across levels and locations
- Evaluate and test new hardware/software technologies
- Build and manage vendor relationships; procure hardware/software and maintain assets
- Deploy and maintain corporate PCs/Macs; configure new hardware; image maintenance




- Coordinate warranty repairs; manage Zoom systems and IT applications (Okta, Google G Suite, Fleet, Zoom, MS O365)
- Maintain IT inventory data (serials, keys, locations) and handle shipping/recycling/disposal of devices
- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding, ticket management, and resolution of escalated issues
- Document applications and train users; monitor general IT routine tasks xugodme

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years of professional experience in desktop support or IT infrastructure engineering
- Eligible to live and work in Spain
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English
- Travel up to 10% cross-region
