Lead Engineer at Copado Labs, shaping innovative extensions for Copado’s DevOps and AI platform. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on development and mentor the team while supporting the partner ecosystem. You’ll craft scalable architectures and prototypes, aligning with product and AI initiatives to accelerate enterprise-grade DevOps across multi-cloud environments.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and architect extensions of Copado platform via Functions, Job Templates, and Custom Extensions (bash, python, apex)
- Lead technical discovery sessions translating customer needs into scalable solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Copado Labs solutions
- Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes for new platform features
- Design solutions integrating with Copado's Quality Intelligence framework
- Design and architect solutions leveraging Copado AI Platform capabilities
- Deliver technical enablement programs for partners building Copado extensions
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices to partners for DevOps Exchange
- Create reference architectures and solution templates for common extension patterns




- Review partner-built extensions and provide technical feedback
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions for partners
- Support partners in troubleshooting complex challenges
- Guide partners in implementing AI-powered solutions
- Collaborate with the core product team to align with product roadmap
- Mentor team members and partners on Salesforce architecture and Copado capabilities
- Contribute to the partner certification program for extension development
- Participate in partner advisory boards and technical steering committees
- Lead innovation initiatives for AI-powered DevOps solutions

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce xugodme development lifecycle and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with bash, python or node.js
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in DevOps
- Proven track record of partner enablement or technical training delivery
- Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong focus on scalability and enterprise-grade solution design
- Experience in creating technical content and documentation
