Exalto Consulting is supporting a leading organisation within the life sciences sector as they undertake a significant digital transformation programme across their Technical Research & Development function. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) solution , with a particular focus on biologics and advanced therapies.
About You
We're looking for a Business Analyst who combines strong requirements and process analysis expertise with an understanding of laboratory and biologics environments.
You will ideally bring
More than 5 years' experience working as a Business Analyst on complex transformation or systems implementation programmes
Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related scientific environments
Strong understanding of biologics development processes
Knowledge of development laboratory operations and analytical workflows
Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into functional solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across scientific, xbhjioe operational and technical teams
