As Fever’s Mu0026amp;A Associate, you will support end-to-end deal activity across the entertainment sector, from sourcing to post-merger integration. You will work closely with the Mu0026amp;A team to drive value through rigorous financial analysis and strategic assessment. You’ll engage in due diligence, model complex scenarios, and prepare investment materials for senior leadership.

This role offers exposure to high-impact transactions at a global scale within a fast-paced, growth-driven company.

- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses to assess synergies and viability

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Engineering (required)
- 5+ years in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, or strategy
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving xugodme ability
- Clear communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders
