As CEO, you will lead the Iberia-focused Business Unit within a European live entertainment company, owning the Pu0026amp;L and steering growth, profitability, and strategic priorities. You will define long-term strategy across Iberia and select international markets, cultivate new revenue streams and partnerships, and oversee high-impact initiatives. You’ll assess and negotiate potential Mu0026amp;A, JVs, or alliances to strengthen market position, while monitoring trends and audience behavior to stay ahead.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and foster a performance-driven culture.

- Strong leadership presence to inspire and develop teams
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Fluent in Spanish and English
