In this role you will lead engineers on scalable, cloud-native AI-enabled backend projects. You’ll work within a cross-functional, high-performing team to design microservices, implement AWS-based solutions, and integrate AI capabilities. The position sits in Madrid or Barcelona with hybrid work, and requires a valid work permit in Spain. You help shape architectural decisions, mentor peers, and drive DevOps best practices with impact on product delivery and innovation.

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years of professional software experience
- Experience with Java + Spring Boot or Python + FastAPI and microservices
- Experience in microservices architectures
- Experience in technical leadership xugodme roles (team lead or manager)
- English level B2 or higher
- Native Spanish
- Nice to have AWS experience (certification or project)
- Nice to have AI implementation project experience
