Your misión
We are looking for an International Area Sales Manager with experience in international B2B markets and a strong background in managing distributors and partners.
The idóneo candidate will have knowledge of electrical and/or electronic solutions for industrial applications , the ability to develop sales strategies by country or region, and expertise in sectors and sales channels related to energy efficiency, power quality, electric mobility, or renewable energy .
Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector .
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales plan for assigned countries.
- Manage, develop, and energize the distributor and partner network.
- Conduct regular visits to strategic customers and key accounts.
- Identify new business and market expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
- Coordinate sales activities with the Marketing, Product, and Technical Support teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor business targets.




- Participate in international trade fairs, events, and promotional activities.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.

What Are We Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.

Experience
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in international B2B sales.
- Proven experience in developing European markets.
- Previous experience with manufacturers in the electrical equipment, energy, industrial automation, or electric mobility sectors is highly valued.

Languages
- Fluent English is essential.
- Additional languages are a plus, especially French.

Other Requirements
- Availability to travel frequently across Europe.
