In this role you will lead Regeneron’s Spanish field organization to achieve commercial objectives and support patient access. You will guide a senior sales team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and share best practices with international leaders. The position focuses on delivering business results, ensuring compliant operations, and strengthening customer relationships.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to sustain business and patient access
- Partner with Commercial Operations for performance, forecasting, and market insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and compliant working practices
- Collaborate with international sales leaders and contribute to the International Sales Head community

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or related field; 10+ years in pharma or related sales; 5+ years people management
- Proven pharmaceutical/biotechnology xugodme sales track record
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish healthcare ecosystem and market access
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with ability to drive team performance
- Experience leading a senior team; prior co-promotion/alliance experience preferred
