As Director of People u0026amp; Culture, you are a strategic leader shaping the hotel’s people agenda to support exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will guide talent acquisition, development, performance, and governance to align with Mandarin Oriental standards and business priorities. You’ll partner with senior leadership on organizational design, change, and engagement to foster a high-performing, culturally aligned team. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping culture in a world-class luxury brand and driving guest-centric service excellence.
