Centre / Hotel Operations Manager Sea Recovery is seeking an experienced Centre / Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our premium residential recovery centre in Sotogrande. This is not a conventional hotel management position. Maintain exceptional standards of accommodation, housekeeping, presentation, maintenance and guest service.

Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, transport and other operational services. Organise rotas, responsibilities and daily priorities. Ensure staff understand the particular sensitivities involved when working with clients experiencing addiction, burnout or mental-health difficulties.

Monitor service quality and client feedback and address operational shortcomings promptly. Provide clear operational reporting to senior management. Significant management experience within luxury hospitality, boutique hotels,



private residences, wellness retreats or premium residential services.

Fluent professional English; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage. Previous experience within addiction recovery, mental health, behavioural health or a trauma-informed environment would be a significant advantage, although candidates with exceptional luxury hospitality experience and the right personal qualities will also be considered. A senior operational position within a growing premium recovery organisation.
