Define, lead, and execute MiiN Cosmetics global marketing strategy to establish brand positioning and drive profitable, sustainable growth across all markets. This role balances a strong global brand vision with local market dynamics, establishing a scalable, consistent international strategy across branding, CRM, retail marketing, PR, communications, and strategic partnerships while ensuring direct alignment with corporate objectives.

- Strategic Alignment: Define and execute the annual global marketing strategy and country plans aligned with corporate growth, positioning, and profitability targets.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Build and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across markets, channels, high-impact campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Financial Oversight & ROI: Monitor global marketing P&L; and market performance; analyze ROI, trends, and competitive landscapes to mitigate risks and identify new growth vectors.
- Executive Collaboration: Participate actively in forecasting, strategic planning, and business reviews alongside the Executive Leadership Team.
- International Market Leadership
- Regional Expansion & Execution: Lead and adapt the global marketing strategy across core European markets (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany), balancing brand consistency
