As a Cyberdefense Product Owner, you lead a technical SME team to define and execute a clear product vision aligned with AXA’s security and compliance goals. You collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and the Product Manager to deliver a high-value backlog and a practical roadmap. You drive agile delivery, ensure compliance and security requirements are reflected, and promote transparency across the organization. This role sits at the heart of AXA’s secure, cloud-aware transformation and product-led security posture.

• Own and refine the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager and end-users
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, improvements, and technical debt based on value, risk, and compliance
• Engage with security, IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and reflect them in the backlog




• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with SCRUM master support
• Define clear acceptance criteria and validate outputs against business needs and security standards
• Support the Product Manager by translating strategy into backlog items and ensuring timely delivery
• Provide regular progress, risk, and dependency updates to stakeholders
• Foster collaboration and motivate a team of technical SMEs to deliver high-quality outputs
• Improve product understanding among team and stakeholders to incorporate security considerations into prioritization
• Measure product performance using KPIs and feedback to drive improvements
• Advocate for the product internally and externally, outlining future roadmap initiatives
• Contribute to staying at the state-of-the-art in security while enabling agility
• Collaborate on building and maintaining the security product roadmap and ongoing sec
