You lead and shape Power Platform projects for enterprise clients, guiding architecture, adoption, and go-live. As part of a collaborative Customer Engagement team, you advise executives and stakeholders, drive sustainable governance, and contribute to the offering with industry leadership. You stay ahead with Copilot and AI capabilities, delivering high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions.

The role combines hands-on delivery with mentoring and business development, in an international, flexible environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead technical delivery for Power Platform solutions from architecture to go-live
- Own solution and architecture design with governance and ALM practices
- Advise customers as trusted partner across executive levels
- Collaborate with PMs, developers, and engineers; mentor junior consultants




- Contribute to shaping Power Platform offering through content and events
- Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem and evaluate Copilot, Governance, and Fabric for future use

Responsabilidades

- Several years of hands-on experience with Power Platform and M365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder; Azure integrations is a strong advantage
- Strong consulting skills with ability to quickly understand needs and lead implementations
- Strategic mindset with governance and platform management xugodme knowledge
- Ownership mindset from proposal to delivery
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional proficiency in German and English
