About The Role We now have the opportunity for a Senior Backend Software Developer to join our Technology Department.
Your Future Team You will join the IT Provisioning team, one of the most critical functions in our organisation. They ensure that when a customer joins us, all their data reaches every IT team that needs it to activate and deliver the service.
Provisioning acts as the central connector: they link systems, validate data flows, and make sure the entire onboarding process runs smoothly end‑to‑end. Coach and guide tech leads on architectural and technical decisions.
Align team-level technical decisions with the platform strategy defined by the Platform Technical Lead.
Ensure technical quality, reliability, and sustainability of solutions delivered by the team.

7 years of provable experience in IT.
~ High level of English and Spanish (B2 or higher).
~ Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
~ Solid experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven/messaging architectures.
~ Practical experience deploying and operating systems on Kubernetes.
~ Strong grasp of system performance, scalability, and reliability concepts.

Strong ownership mindset: proactive, reliable, and able to deliver high‑quality work under changing priorities.
