What you will do:The Role's Key Responsibilities and TasksAs an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a People Business Partner in the People Team you will be in charge of:Partner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co-create, and implement the HR agenda related to initiatives such as: Performance management; Acting as trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people-related matters, you will develop strong partnerships with eDO leaders within your assigned business areas,
