In this role, you lead and mentor a team of product designers to shape the user experience of Glovo’s Customer App. You collaborate with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions. You drive strategy, oversee major design initiatives, and contribute hands-on to raise UX standards across the team. A strong focus is on advocacy for end users and aligning design with business goals to move the product forward.

- Lead and shape the UX strategy for the Customer App together with UX Leads
- Hands-on participation in projects to raise design quality and cohesion
- Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, defining objectives and vision for user experience
- Manage stakeholders and prioritize work to balance product needs with UX initiatives
- Identify capacity gaps and raise headcount or resource needs as required

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience
- Experience managing and mentoring designers
- Ability to balance business goals with long-term product strategy
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research and data-informed decision making
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management
- Mastery of design process with ability to contribute xugodme at any stage
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and collaborative work environment
- Experience building and scaling hybrid component libraries/Design Systems
- Portfolio or team case studies showing impact on consumer-facing apps
