In this role you will lead end-to-end life cycle activities across innovation, catalogue and license management while owning global demand planning. You will drive forecast accuracy, portfolio productivity and support Su0026amp;OP for Coty’s multi-brand environment. Collaborating with HQ and planning hubs, you enable reliable demand planning, manage launches and lifecycle data, and influence decisions with insights.

This is a high-visibility role shaping supply chain performance and cross-functional execution.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Oversee innovation management including completeness of demand and launch performance tracking
- Develop and adjust supply strategies based on launch outcomes and forecast reviews
- Coordinate arbitration for shortages and communicate decisions to Business Units
- Perform regular forecasts for key launches and provide actionable insights
- Lead portfolio analysis for discontinuations, SKU rationalization, and profitability considerations




- Ensure accuracy of product catalogue and lifecycle data
- Manage license tracking and align with financial objectives
- Build and validate demand for AOP/PF with manufacturing and logistics teams
- Ensure Su0026OP data flow accuracy and governance across global stakeholders
- Load and manage data in planning systems and monitor Su0026OP KPIs to identify trends

Responsabilidades

- Experience in demand and/or supply planning within an end-to-end supply chain
- Exposure to innovation xugodme launches, product lifecycle and portfolio management
- Knowledge of planning systems (SAP, JDA, Excel, PIM)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment
