We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Merchandising Administrator & Analyst to join our Product team at our European HQ.

This role provides administrative and operational support to the Product Merchandising team. You will maintain accurate product data, compile reports and market insights, and support coordination across internal departments in a fast-paced and international environment.

The Product Merchandising Administrator & Analyst will support the merchandising team with product data management, reporting, and catalogue coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and a methodical approach to gathering and formatting information from multiple sources.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the merchandising team

Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports





Produce regular merchandising and sales reports for Merchandising Managers

Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and databases used by the merchandising team

Compile data on sales performance, inventory levels, and product trends

Support catalogue development, ensuring data, pricing, and descriptions are accurate

Assist in maintaining merchandising processes and standard operating procedures

At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, data or coordinator role

Excellent verbal and written communication xugodme skills in English

Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)

Proficient using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for data compilation, reporting, and admin tasks

Experience with PLM/ERP/SAP or similar product data systems
