We are looking for an experienced EDI System Analyst (eInvoicing) (m/f) to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of general EDI and eInvoicing solutions

Duties Will Include

- Implement and maintain EDI and eInvoicing solutions in collaboration with ERP teams and external service providers.
- Configure and manage integrations between ERP systems and the EDICOM platform.
- Define data mappings and coordinate end-to-end testing activities.
- Provide second-level support for EDI-related systems and applications, ensuring stable daily operations.
- Support go-live activities and hypercare phases, including issue resolution and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain and enhance existing EDI connections while implementing new EDI solutions.
- Create and maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI environments.




- Solid understanding of eInvoicing requirements, EDI processes, and ERP integrations.
- Experience with data mapping, system integration, and testing activities.
- Knowledge of EDI standards, communication protocols, and database concepts.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Team player who enjoys working in a global and multicultural organization.
