Provide technical leadership and guidance to Software Engineers and SDETs across build and support squads. • Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, bug fixes, and performance optimization in production environments. • Promote DevOps best practices, automation, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines across squads. • Ensure compliance with design principles, coding standards, and configuration-over-customization best practices. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS) • Dynamics 365 CRM • Azure • DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines • Monitoring, Logging & Automation Tools • Agile / Scrum Methodologies Bachelor's Degree. • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS). • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM. • Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices. • Azure knowledge is highly desirable. • English: Advanced (C1). Hybrid (TCS Madrid). • Remote Work: Up to 2 days per week. Permanent contract
