Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer, Incidents , to join our Monopoly GO! Game team remotely from the US, Spain, UK or Ireland. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. Coordinate, analyze, and escalate incidents in partnership with vendors, business units, game teams, and partners
# High-level understanding of networking and cloud services
# Pagerduty alert management and automation
# Experience with Datadog, Kibana, Bugnsag and other alerting systems
