We are looking for Project Quality Managers, with previous experience in Oil & Gas and Energy sector:
Main responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Project quality documentation (e.g., Project Quality Plan, Quality Policy, Project procedures, quality records, etc.).
- Plan, coordinate and/or perform internal and external audits during Project Execution.
- Analyze quality performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management. Propose corrective or preventive actions as needed.
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of non-conformities, including corrective/preventive actions definition
- Support supplier qualification and evaluation process.
- Lead and mentor the Quality team, ensuring appropriate training and skill development.
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Maintain communication with the Client Representative for all Quality related issues.
- Coordinate with the Construction Quality Management team in Home Office regarding the quality-construction activities prior to construction phase.
- Cooperate with Quality team at site when required, being liaison with Home Office Project team.
Required profile and experience
- 10-15 years of experience.
- Communication and stakeholder management.
- Leadership and team management.
- Attention to detail and rigor.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Results orientation.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading quality systems.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulations.
- Holding IRCA ISO 9001 or equivalent certification will be considered.
- Available to travel.
