Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the Data Archiving workstream within a large-scale transformation programme. You will coordinate with data engineering teams and external suppliers to define scope, secure funding, and ensure ingestion of archive data. You will also support a major data migration workstream, aligning technical activities and timelines across teams. The position suits a senior PM with experience in data delivery and transformation, eager to drive impactful data strategies in a general consulting environment.

• Lead end-to-end Data Archiving workstream and manage a small team of Business Analysts
• Define scope and requirements for a strategic archive solution after assessing legacy data estate
• Coordinate with Data Engineering teams and third-party suppliers for archive ingestion
• Manage delivery of business user access to archived data
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery plans across technical teams
• Support development and funding of the archiving business case
• Provide updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Support large-scale Data Migration workstream and coordinate technical activities
• Coordinate secondary data loads and downstream data cascades




• Align migration activities with multiple delivery teams and suppliers
• Coordinate testing, rehearsals, and delivery activities for migration
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues impacting migration delivery
• Ensure clear communication across technical, business, and supplier stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 5–6 years in Technical Project Management or similar delivery-focused role
• Proven experience delivering data-related projects or programmes
• Strong understanding of data migration, archiving, delivery, or transformation initiatives
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and third-party suppliers
• Experience with Data Engineering teams and data delivery processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, and milestones
• Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple workstreams
• Experience supporting business cases, funding discussions, and strategic project decisions
• Comfortable in complex transformation environments with multiple technical dependencies
