Job Purpose Work with warehouse colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock and delivery of high quality service to all customers.
Provide all relevant information to Supervisory team to allow accurate planning of task and resource allocation
Accurate entry of data into warehouse management system and KPI reporting templates
May also be required to support with core operational tasks such as goods receipt, put away, pick and pack customer orders in alignment with established company processes and SSW documentation (Safe System of Work)
Assist with regular and ad hoc site activities such as full inventory checks, system development and implementation
Ensure all stock is stored, handled and transported securely and in line with company procedures, hygiene legislation and health and safety guidelines
Take reasonable care of both your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions, ensuring all company safety and quality systems are followed and all relevant legislation complied with, raising concerns and reporting any incidents or suggestions to your line manager
Support and assist newly appointed or less experienced colleagues by providing training and guidance as appropriate




Manual handling training to be provided
Possesses a good standard of numeracy and literacy, and IT competent (MS Office)
Qualified and competent to operate a Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck (if required)
