to join our team in Spain. This role requires advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, and availability to attend client offices in Madrid or other locations as needed. Remote work is possible, but candidates must be based in Spain and available at least 3 days per week. Full Stack Development

8+ years of experience in

software engineering

with strong fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, scalability). ~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ~ Advanced English and Spanish proficiency. ~ Proven expertise with

TypeScript + React

in production environments. ~ Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, or automation. Experience in

project management

within self-organizing teams. Familiarity with

evaluation frameworks

and monitoring AI performance.
