Quality, Environmental & Operational Compliance Engineer

Opportunity

MERLIN Edged has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s data center infrastructure. We are seeking for a QEOC Auditor Engineer to join our team, working directly with our Regional QHSE Manager and focusing on supporting the site operations team.

Key Responsabilities:

- Ensure compliance with (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, 27001, 45001, PCI-DSS, ENS, EED…) is being followed.
- Work in conjunction with Operations Team to ensure that all Quality & Environmental procedures are being performed.
- Identify risks and deviations (FMEA).
- Participate in the establishment of quality specifications.
- Define, roll-out and maintain frameworks to support and enhance the Compliance strategy within Operations.
- Visit customers and suppliers when necessary.
- Responsible for all activities associated with external audits.
- Manage customer complaint and reject process to ensure accurate root cause analysis, timely response, and determination and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor site quality metrics and develop counter measures as needed.
- Provide support in the supervision of compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.
- Provide support in the supervision of the methodologies implemented.
- Provide support in the preparation of budgets.
- Provide support in the generation of reports.

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience





- Degree in Engineering is valuable
- Valuable financial knowledge
- 2-3+ years of experience in Technical auditing, quality or operations.

Specific Skills / Abilities

- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Power BI, Word, Excel, MS App)
- Knowledge Data Analysis Tools (Phyton, Minitab)
- Fluent in English (B2+ - C1)
